What size gas cylinders do you offer?
We offer 9kg, 19kg, and 48kg LPG gas cylinders suitable for households, restaurants, and small businesses.

What is LPG gas used for?
LPG is commonly used for cooking, heating, braais, and some commercial appliances.

Are your cylinders safe?
Yes. All cylinders are filled, maintained, and handled in accordance with South African safety standards.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Cape Town Deep South and surrounding areas, including the Southern Suburbs.

What are your delivery hours?
We deliver 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before 9am qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

How does your cylinder exchange work?
We collect your empty (or partially used) cylinder and replace it with a full one of the same size.

Do you credit unused gas?
Yes. Our team weighs your returned cylinder and credits you for any unused gas, in line with our policy.

How will I receive my gas credit?
Credits are applied to your account or deducted from your next order.

Do you buy cylinders?
No. Cylinders remain the property of Red Cow unless otherwise agreed.

Do you offer a subscription or automatic refill service?
Yes. Our subscription-style service removes the guesswork by monitoring usage and replacing cylinders before you run out.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled with reasonable notice.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT and other electronic payment methods as listed at checkout.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, unless otherwise stated.

What if there’s a problem with my delivery?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Can I return a cylinder?
Returns and credits are handled in accordance with our Delivery & Refunds policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We comply with POPIA and only use your information to provide our services.
